As dedicated patrons of the arts, Renee and Kyle Parker are overjoyed to extend a warm welcome to all attendees of the annual Art on the Border event. Having spent their lives in the River Valley, they have fostered a deep appreciation for the beauty and creativity that art brings to their community.

Renee holds a master’s degree in Elementary Education from the University of Arkansas.  With a strong passion for teaching, she dedicated many years to serving as a classroom instructor.  Renee’s commitment to the community is evident through her involvement in several Boards, including the Good Samaritan Clinic, First United Methodist Weekday School Board, and the First United Methodist Administrative Board.  She has also contributed her time and expertise to various PTAs, including City Council PTA.  Additionally, Renee is an active member of the PEO organization and brings her musical talent to life as a member of the Lady Bells handbell choir.

Kyle holds a law degree from the Franklin Pierce Law Center. Throughout his successful career, he has made significant contributions in the legal profession, business, technology, education, and healthcare sectors. As the President and CEO of the Arkansas Colleges of Health Education, Kyle is the driving force behind Arkansas College of Osteopathic Medicine (ARCOM), ACHE School of Physical Therapy (ACHE PT), ACHE School of Occupational Therapy (ACHE OT), Master of Science in Biomedicine (MSB), and Master of Public Health (MPH). He has also played a visionary role in creating the Village at Heritage, Celebration Garden and Wellness Park, and the ACHE Research Institute Health & Wellness Center. Kyle's philanthropic spirit shines through his extensive volunteer work for civic, charitable, and educational organizations.
