Meet the Artists Reception & Opening Sale  ~  Friday, 7/19/24  5 to 9 p.m.

 

Public Gallery Sale  ~  Saturday, 7/20/24  10 a.m. to 4 p.m.

 

Our 9th Annual event will include 60+ Booths with Artists from several states in our region.  This beautiful venue allows us to have all artists display their work in one large air-conditioned building and offers easy access and plenty of parking.  The event is highly publicized and drew approximately 1,200 attendees at our last event!  Total art sales reached $100,000 in the 10 hours of show/sale time!

 

Acceptable Categories: All original works - Visual art of all mediums, jewelry, fiber art, wood, stained glass, ceramics, metal, leather, sculpture, pottery, photography, hand-blown glass, gourd art, and fine crafts.  (Giclee prints and products printed with your original work are acceptable, in your booths, as well)

 

Artist Hospitality – Southern Style:  We want to make this one of your greatest art show experiences!  We provide extra things such as:

  • Volunteers to help unload and load your art (Setup is Thursday and Friday)

  • Volunteers to stand in for you so you can take breaks, eat lunch or check out the other art

  • A hospitality area with complimentary food and beverages

  • All financial transactions are handled by our Checkout Area

  • Artist Payment is made at end of show – You can leave with your check in hand!

 

ARTIST FEES

  • Booth Fees:  10x10 ($75) or 10x15 ($100) (Both Include 1 table/black cloth/chair)

  • 30% commission withheld for Charities

  • Silent Auction Donated Piece (Online bidding with actual art piece displayed at the event)

 

What makes us different?  In addition to showcasing/selling your art and helping you make new customer contacts, ALL NET PROCEEDS go to local community charities which, in turn, serve the citizens of our region.    Our event is run entirely with unpaid volunteers who believe in giving back to their community.
